Peanut Butter Espresso Whip


  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. instant espresso, plus more for topping
  • 1 bag each of Arctic® Granny and Golden sliced apples, for serving


  • Add heavy cream to the bowl of a standing mixer and whip until almost whipped cream consistency, but not quite. Add peanut butter, sugar, espresso, and vanilla extract and whip until combined and fluffy. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with espresso powder and serve with Arctic® apple slices.
