Peanut Butter Espresso Whip
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. instant espresso, plus more for topping
- 1 bag each of Arctic® Granny and Golden sliced apples, for serving
Directions
- Add heavy cream to the bowl of a standing mixer and whip until almost whipped cream consistency, but not quite. Add peanut butter, sugar, espresso, and vanilla extract and whip until combined and fluffy. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with espresso powder and serve with Arctic® apple slices.
