Harvest Apple Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Arctic® Granny sliced apples
- 1 large package fresh spinach
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries
- 2 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
- 2 Tb. honey
- 1 Tb. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tb. Olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Pinch of salt + pepper
Directions
- Toss all salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients and shake until well-combined. Dress salad just before serving.
