Golden Apple Kale Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- Salad
- 1 package Arctic® Goldens, halved
- 1 large bag kale, chopped and massaged with oil
- ¼ cup almonds. chopped
- 2-3 tbsp. golden raisins
- 1 large avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Lemon Tahini Dressing
- ¼ cup tahini
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
- Pinch of salt + pepper
Directions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk dressing together until smooth and drizzle over salad. Salad lasts for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
