Lemon Ricotta and Arctic® Apple Crostini


DIRECTIONS

Slice french bread and drizzle with olive oil or butter. Toast in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir lemon zest and honey into ricotta. Spread onto toasted bread and top with Arctic® apple slices, fresh pepper and sea salt.


Ingredients

  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 bag of Arctic® Granny sliced apples
  • 1 loaf french bread 
  • 3 Tb. honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
