Golden Apple Kale Salad with Lemon Tahini Dressing


DIRECTIONS

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk dressing together until smooth and drizzle over salad. Salad lasts for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.


Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 package Arctic® Goldens, halved
  • 1 large bag kale, chopped and massaged with oil
  • ¼ cup almonds. chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. golden raisins 
  • 1 large avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces

Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt + pepper
