Arctic® Granny Apple Smoothie

Optional Add-ons: Ice cubes, Honey, agave or maple syrup of you like your smoothies a bit more on the sweet side, Greek yogurt or protein powder, Baby spinach leaves to get those veggies in, Flax or chia seeds, Pineapple for some sweetness or Lemon juice for some tartness.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender. Leave the peels on the apple slices for added nutrients and fibre.
  2. The slices are pre-washed so you can use them right out of the bag.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute - until well blended and smooth
  4. Enjoy!

  • 1 10 oz. bag of Arctic® Granny apple slices
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup cold water, apple juice, milk or diary-free milk
